We are building a team of exceptional programme and project delivery professionals. If you want to work on programmes that matter — with the governance, ambition and scale to define a career — we would like to hear from you.
We work on some of the world's most complex capital programmes — in sectors where governance, safety and delivery assurance genuinely matter. Our people get the depth of challenge, the quality of clients and the breadth of experience that defines a career in this industry.
We hold ourselves to the same standard we set for the programmes we deliver — clear accountability, transparent outcomes and no shortcuts.
We will never compromise on the safety of our people, our supply chain or the communities around our projects.
We act with honesty and transparency in every relationship — with clients, colleagues, suppliers and the public.
We attract people who want to do the best work of their careers — and we give them the programmes and responsibility to achieve it.
We invest in our people because the quality of our delivery depends entirely on the quality of the teams behind it.
Work across our international portfolio — London, Dubai, Singapore, Oslo, Tokyo and New York. We actively support cross-regional career moves.
Clear career pathways, funded professional qualifications (APM, RICS, ICE, CIBSE), mentoring and access to our internal learning platform.
Hybrid working as standard across office-based roles. We trust our people to deliver wherever they are most effective.
Private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, mental health support and enhanced parental leave from day one.
Market-rate salaries, performance-related bonus, pension above statutory minimum and share of company success.
A two-year structured scheme with rotations across programme management, commercial, sustainability and digital disciplines.
We recruit experienced professionals and graduates across all disciplines and global offices. We are committed to an inclusive hiring process — all backgrounds are welcome.
