Our commitment to ethical business conduct, zero tolerance for bribery and integrity in all relationships.
Worldcore Group is built on a foundation of honesty, transparency and integrity. We hold ourselves and our supply chain to the highest ethical standards in every market we operate in.
Worldcore Group operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption and all forms of improper conduct. We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-corruption laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
We prohibit offering, giving, receiving or soliciting anything of value — including gifts, hospitality, facilitation payments or other benefits — with the intention of improperly influencing business decisions or obtaining a commercial advantage.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, agents and any third parties acting on behalf of Worldcore Group in any jurisdiction.
Reasonable, proportionate and transparent gifts and hospitality may be acceptable where they are not intended to influence business decisions. All gifts and hospitality above a nominal value must be declared and recorded in our Gifts and Hospitality Register.
Before engaging agents, intermediaries or joint venture partners, we conduct risk-based due diligence to assess the potential for bribery or corruption. High-risk engagements require enhanced scrutiny and contractual compliance obligations.
Employees and third parties are encouraged to report any concerns about potential bribery or corruption through our confidential reporting channel. We are committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation.
Any breach of this policy is treated as a serious disciplinary matter and may result in termination of employment or contract, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
This policy is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. Last reviewed: March 2025.
